Cmon Man....if you are a LEO you have got to have better things to do than tell idiots on bicycles to stay off the sidewalk...unless you live in Mayberry. Now you see an idiot cruising down the sidewalk on a Harley and you KNOW he is either drunk or stupid or BOTH...
Once in the 70's I chased a pimp down the sidewalk for 2 blocks in a van. That was on Hay St., Fayetteville,NC. We was drunk and stupid. Went to jail that night. Was hilarious and worth it. Ahh the good old days.
