I think you should go with buying a second vest that is large enough to go over the first and create volume II. You will be the talk of every event you attend, and that is a good thing.

Might be a good arguemnent for a 95" kit for the RKC....all that extra weight....hmmmmm...see if I can make that fly!

I don't understand, what are you doing to your vest that you are wearing it out and it needs patching? LOL mine has lasted for years and doesn't have any holes yet. My jeans are a different story however.

The proper procedure is once you have filled up your vest with patches then you must quit riding, too many patches means that you have been everywhere and done everything, what else is left. Now sell the scoot and buy you an SUV so we can make fun of you just like the rest of the cagers.
