I wave, sometimes with 5 fingers, sometimes with 1 finger.

To wave or not to wave...
That is the question...

Somebody waves at me I'll wave back, why not?

I bought a dual sport bike to compliment the Road King. I actually prefer the adventure rider salute to the road bike wave ...

Not me. I will continue to wave as long as the good Lord gives me the ability to ride.

It's just not a problem as I see it. Wave if ya want to, don't wave if it upsets ya. What is the BIG deal? Much ado about nothing!!!!!

Do real bikers wave?

I don't wave, I have enough friends.

Yep, I wave. Don't hurt me none and besides, I'm always glad to see someone else getting to ride.

Depends.
If I'm leaning into a tight curve, then I just nod.

Cool

I recently bought a 2002 Road Glide. (All of my previous riding has been off road). On one of the first rides I took something happened that I had not expected in a million years. A guy on a Harley with ape hangers, no bags etc. passed me going the other way and dropped his left hand down and waved. A bit later it happened again and it hit me what was going on.
I felt like a million bucks. Don't underestimate the power of a friendly wave.
