Most ignorant motorcycle comment you've heard?

Standing in the HD dealer checking out a new FLHX.. I'm eyeing it pretty good when an older man walks up and says "what are you waiting for? Just buy it!" I check him out, he's all of 5'2" tall, looks to be mid to later 60's, has a brand new Harley jacket and a Fulmer helmet still in the box in his hand. I ask him "You just buy one?" and he replied "yeah, brand new Electra Glide Ultra". I look him over again and said "wow, you been riding a long time?" and he said "Nope, this is my first bike."
And now you know where several year old bikes with nearly no miles on them come from..

I hate to make my first post about this but i just can't help but to mention it..
I recently sold my self built owned for 20 years 18 inch over 11 inch down tube stretch 4 inch back bone extension crazy frank rear fender open primary jockey shift 55 pan....this bike was my pride and joy..
But as i'm getting longer in the tooth the years on hard tails have mounted up and the bike is still growing strong .As for myself though i feel the miles much more then when i was a 20 something building the bike..
Well the day came and i sold it to a friend who always had admired my pan..I bought a semi custom but stock stance Wide Glide Twin Cam....
So you have to understand that i was somewhat concerned with my street rep going from the huge chopper to the much smother better handling softer faster motorcycle..Silly me ..
My very first ride other than home was to a local auto parts store..
Also you must keep in mind that i am a patch holder in a 1% MC...
As i'm out in the parking lot this guy comes up behind me and says ..Hey i didn't know you Motorcycle gang guys could ride them Jap bikes...
I was crushed..No one had ever mistaken my Chopper for a Jap bike..Although i had the vice president of a local Hog chapter ask if my 55 Pan was born as a sportster once....
I did hold my temper for a second and informed him how this bike was a newer model HD FXDWG ..
Which was a waste of time anyway because he was a drunken buffoon..Shortly there later i somewhat rigorously suggested to his 6 foot *** wide wife that she gets him away from me because i was now in a less than social mood....

we were extras on a movie last week with our bikes (there were about 30 bikers for this scene) and one of the other extras who was in the crowd scene said 'are you a REAL biker?' to me. 'Yep' I said and pointed to my Heritage. He said 'isn't it dangerous to ride a motorcycle'?

we did 2 days and got paid $150 a day (well haven't received the check yet). First day was mostly rained out so they had to get us back. It's a big movie and it comes out next year. I think I might be right in the scene as long as they don't cut that part out.

Stopped in a local kwik shop and the 20 something clerk asks what I'm riding. I say Dyna Wide Glide. He says is that a Harley? I say yep. He then says I thought Harleys were all Fat Bobs. Me, Uh nope they have all kinds of different models. Clerk: Oh, well I wanna get me a Fat Bob. Me, Good for you.
