RE: Most ignorant motorcycle comment you've heard?
I COULDNT READ THROUGH ALL OF THESES BUT MY FAVORITE: I come out of a store one day and a lady has her 3 year old sitting on my bike. I tell her to please carefully remove her son because the exhaust is very hot. What does she do she wraps her entire hand around the pipe and says"this o... oh **** "....talk about stupid..

She just put her kid on your bike without even knowing you? Aside from her touching the pipe (duh) and putting her kid at risk of getting burned (double duh)...how about some damn manners and understanding that bike didn't belong to her in the first place and it doesn't have a little slot to stick quartes in for her kid's entertainment?
What if she managed to knock it over? I'm all for letting a kid hop on a scooter to feel cool and all - but ASK FIRST.

A guy I know who has a Honda Rune said Harley's look dinky. I shook my head and didnt even reply to his ignorance. Does he really believe all the chrome on his Rune is real chrome ? Last time I checked all the chrome on his Rune was that composite fake chrome. Talk about dinky. I'd take my XL1200C anyday over his Rune...Or I'd take his run and sell it and buy another Harley...lol

"Ive been riding for 30yrs", he then proceeded to run full force into the chain link fence, before ever leaving the dealership. I guess they didnt have brakes on bikes 30yrs ago. I then wheeled the bike back into service for a wreck estimate, now thats repeat buisness!

I once had a " Harley expert " ( he had never owned or ridden one ) tell me his mate had just bought a factory hardtail. I replied, are you sure that's right? He was very adamant, he knew!! Yep, brand new harley factory rigid. [sm=loser.gif]

thought of 2 more, on ebay i was looking at a sportster and in the Q & A field was a question "does it sound like a harley?" the answer was just as bad "yes it sounds exactly like a harley" well i should hope so since it is a harley!
one of my teachers was talking to a student wearing a sturgis t-shirt and he asked him if he had a harley he said no i can't afford one now but i have a yamaha and the teacher says "i'd get a harley but i haven't hit my mid-life crisis yet"

hey points ur right, it was a weston hills wannabe, i freaked on the lady...because of exactly what lowrider said...one if the kid got burned i would have felt awful, but worse if she would have knocked the bike over i really would have hit the roof...no tto mention then the little boy really could have gotten hurt. anyway no harm done 'cept a nice 3rd degree burn on the biotches hand..lol
