You probably wouldn't get near what the house should sell for, there's a reason these outfits do this. There's usually better ways to get money, I'd even go for a second mortgage before a reverse type, that let's you keep building equity, as long as the housing market doesn't take a downturn.

Awesome New Year's day. Started it off right with Cheryl (wink, wink), then she made cinnamon rolls, went for a nice hike, then more food, then the Packers, then a fantastic ride into the mountains at 50 degrees. Felt great to be out on the bike.
