I think Russ' hero, Randy Gregory, sprained a fingernail last week and has been put on injured reserve.

Installed 2 X-Mas gifts today. A floorboard spacer kit and a kit that replaces the stock twist/wire type saddlebag retainers with screw in type. A couple of the easiest mods I've done.

The Bucs clinched the division but they sure did start off flat. The second half was much better and they ran up 20 points in the 4th quarter. They have not done that all year. Evans finally came alive, three touchdowns and all bombs. Brady through for well over 400 yards. It was a good day.

Any other vehicle, i.e., a home equity loan, reverse mortgage, etc. become an encumbrance on the property, John.

sounds like a reverse mortgage will work. You actually sell the house to the bank. There is no more mortgage and you stay in the house til you sign over the house. I’m just spit balling here. But I don’t think I’m far off.
