Halito Toaks and Woods. Busy day yesterday. Went to campus pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions only to find they are closed til after New Years. Met my riding buddy at Harley dealer to see if they had anything worthwhile for their year end sales. I got there and my buddy was chatting with one of the sales guys. We had a good and interesting talk. I do have to say this dealer, Capitol Harley Davidson, is a pretty great place to visit, buy, etc. My experiences over the years have been great. Only once did I walk in and a young sales lady greeted me. She asked if I rode and told her yes, she asked what, I said Sportster, then she said "Ah.... then you're looking to upgrade huh?" I said no flipping way, the Sportster is a great bike, and I turned and walked away! But they do treat everyone great.
Then my riding buddy's son was fixing to head back to NC. He invited me over to see his "arsenal". That kid has quite a collection of weapons!!! He has been modding and building weapons for couple years now. I at least got to thank him again for his service and wished him safe trip, and a safe year. Couple more years and his 20 will be up and he'll retire.
Then off to Dagwoods to meet basketball buddies in prep for the game. We won! Then stop back ad Dags for couple more after game. So today is kinda day of rest! We typically don't do much on new years eve....too many rookie drunks out and crowds.
So for those of you going out to celebrate, please be careful. Watch out for the rookies and drive safe.

I have to go to Cost$$ to get my glasses repaired. Waiting for our table last night the string that holds the lens in the frame just popped. Lens didn't fall out until we got home, thankfully.

Morning all. No plans today. Raining all day they say. Probably go get some mat time in. Going down to the bar to ring in the new year. It's pretty low key there. Kind of a tradition.
