Good morning Tick and all. Continue working in the garage clean up, trip to the dump, pick up salt for the softner, dog food store and probably some things I am forgetting. Turkey deep fry tonight with the crew. I will probably skip the fried fare. I am getting used to the heart healthy diet but no one around me is. As of a few minutes ago I am down 32.6 lbs. Not a stretch to say I could lose 50 lbs before it levels off. Plus I start the cardio rehab 3 days a week on January 17th. So far I have lost it all without exercise.
