That was our incentive for making the switch. I don't think it's a satisfactory substitute, but it does have it's uses. We got rid of our deep fryer, which I miss. But my BP needs to be managed with diet. No pills yet. I hope to keep it that way.

I'm not an expert, but the air fryer makes the food far less greasy than frying in oil. TLT hasn't touched the deep fryer since I got her the air fryer.

We don't fry anything but I'm afraid that if we get an air fryer I'll gain 20 pounds..

Afternoon lurk through..... 40° right now. I can almost see ALL my driveway!! AND....the snow plow came through this morning!! Thank you Eaton County. Took me a bit of time to clean the drive entry from the snow plow. Man that stuff is packed, heavy, big chunks.... but I got 90% of it! Now the sun is out, 40° and things are looking pretty clear. Hoping the rest of you guys have similar results!! Couple more days like this and the bulk of the snow should be gone.
