Uneventful day, not complaining about that. Made a meat stew last night that turned out great. The usual veggies with some pork loin for meat, and beef stock for flavor. That kind of pork doesn't have a whole lot of flavor, pretty good with beef flavoring, and you'd think it was chicken if you used some chicken stock or bullion. Relatively cheap meals that are still nutritious without all the garbage in packaged prepared food. Instant pot makes it pretty quick, do the meat first, I did 45 minutes for about 6 lbs I browned first (most went in the freezer) then 15 minutes with the rest added, meat just falls apart it's so tender. Winter comfort food.

Yes and no. We're not on the border, but I'm in pursuits with illegals a couple times a month and deploy the drone once a week to look for the runners.

I just learned of the Instant Pot last week. I went out to purchase a new Crock Pot and saw them. Interesting to say the least. I ended up with a traditional Crock Pot. I wanted a bigger one than the one we have had for 40 years. Pressure cooking definitely has it's advantages, especially time.
