Halito Woods. Late morning pass thru again. Therapy at 0700 this morning. Last visit. The therapist is a sweet thing..... with a nice sense of humor. She liked to "work" me over.... and made me do all the work! I usually wore MSU shirts, and sometimes Harley shirts. When I got ready to leave, she said "Oh, I have something for you" and brought out a nice MSU green t-shirt with the therapy division logos. Yeah, they are part of the MSU health care system. She did me good.... I feel so much better with my back now. And she was not a bit hesitant to chew me out for not doing all my stretches and excercises at home!! I will try to do some of them every day and keep that going!!!
Certainly glad she's not cooking for me..... I would be 300 lbs!
