@QC How is today going? Have you checked any tolerances so far?

Time for another batch of chili. There is a front coming through Thursday and it will be nice and cool in the day and cold at night at least through the weekend.

Oh Baby, I can't wait until that freezes !
Haven't been so bad about it past few years, but used to salt over snow sometimes when it was only an inch or two, without plowing. Slush would freeze overnight and with stiff frozen tires and shocks that wouldn't compress much, felt like riding a hard tail off road.

Drizzle rain here now, doing a good job of melting the packed snow off the roads that haven't been salted. Unusual for MNDot to skip salting minor residential roads, should have done that from the beginning. Recent news clip said testing shows a lot of lakes are getting too much salt in them, keeps up it will be bad for the fish. Asking people to not use so much salt on our driveways. I never needed to salt my driveway, got enough off the cars carrying salt off the road. When I used the garage years ago for cars I'd get little piles of salt from the drip off the cars. The motorcycles never do that...

I've used AC driving in two states in December. Kind of miss that...

Chili sounds good, I should make another batch, too. Have some browned and Instant Pot pressure cooked tender pork that I'll use in it.

The drizzle here is supposed to be switching from light rain to snow till the weekend. Going to be a messy week, but with yesterday's milk, toothpaste and chocolate ice cream stock up, I should be able to play hermit till it's over.

Hope your Doc does a good job on you, you've still got some good years to enjoy.
