Good late afternoon. I am warming up some beans and greens for my supper. I put ground chicken in this batch and it is pretty good with lots of hot sauce.

 

Took the day off. Today. Rice an stuff for dinner but not hungry really

 

I stay hungry. I have lost 25 lbs as of today.

 

Late-afternoon gents! My professional life has been interrupted by hot tub maintenance. I have called in the experts for advice.

 

Hey woods. Great Monday. I got to speak with a Government employee, ran a lap around a worthless lawyer, split wood the old fashion way( That requires an axe, for the younger crowd). Then I sat down to have a cheap beer. The talking monkeys will tell you , pitbulls tails are trimmed for fighting. WRONG.
