(and extreme rarity but for the best cause traffic has been looney toons) but on a brighter note? I've engaged a financial move that will pay off my bike, the new roof I financed last year (for home insurance purposes) and all extraneous debt consolidating it all into one monthly payment that is 1/2 of what my monthly out of pocket is now soundly positioning me for retirement expected or otherwise. So I'm kind of both excited and relieved about that.

Meanwhile? Coffee's on and the pets are fed.

It is a Memory Care facility. Like Assisted Living on Steroids. A bit closer, not significantly so. The good news is the same folks own it and the director where he is is moving to the place he will be. Good guy and hopefully something familiar. This is one of those it has to be done things.
