It’s just a fire Stan. I brought a cast iron pan, melted butter in it and added some onions. After they cooked for a bit, I then added shiitake mushrooms and am letting them cook down while the potatoes are cooking. Gonna throw some ribeyes on after the mushrooms are finished.
