It was pretty good considering I had to slow-hold it over an extra hour +, awaiting late arrivals for dinner. It came out essentially medium versus medium rare but seem to be popular anyway. Next time I will use a spicier rub than the Italian seasoning I typically use.

to us it is what it is. Just chest congestion and sinuses. Me? Pfffft I’m already over it.
Made some toll house cookies ( chocolate chip) last night. It ain’t Xmas til I have a few of them. Then some more!! Think I figured out my phone finally. And lessee. Uh. Wonderful life was on. Wish I had friends like that.
Merry Christmas again then. Gunna just admire this years tree for now.

Good morning early risers, I hope Santa was good to you. I have the turkey in the oven and a plan for all the fixings. It's hell being the cook on a holiday. I send all leftovers home with her family. Merry Christmas to all and everyone ride safe.

Merry Christmas toakers. I guess I forgot to leave Santa a forwarding address. One of the neighbors invited us over later. I guess having to be friendly once a year won't hurt
