These contract exams, regardless of the evidence presented, come down to what input the examiner puts on the questionnaire. Then it's on the service member to do the required cheetah flips in the appeal. 9 years later, still addressing a claim for right ankle that they rated as plantar fascitis/flat foot. As if somehow, anatomy is something new. Like the guy that can't figure out the difference between a ventral hernia and hiatal hernia.
