Morning.
Today I need lots of coffee.
Those folding chairs at the fellowship hall wreak havoc on my psychotic nerve, ....
I had a bad back problem from 1993 to 1996, and it seemed like every where I went, including church, had those damned metal folding chairs that you couldn't relax in or you'd slide forwards. Found out if I turned them around, leaned forward a bit with my arms on the chair back, wasn't comfortable but at least it took the strain off my lower back. Always sat in the back row at church and my kid's school stuff so I could do that.

Ths was in the fellowship hall and I like the idea of turning them around I'll give that shot next time.
Our church pews are super comfy memory foam seating.
