Good morning all. I hope your wife comes through with flying colors William. Sorry to hear about your daughter getting laid off and hope she rebounds quickly. I may take some PTO today, I need to do a little Christmas shopping for some trinkets for friends. I got battery charged in the wife's Triumph so her backup is back up.

 

Morning, coffee is good it be a bit chilly out there.
Wife's Passat needs service were bringing it to a guy that has a huge YT channel and is a master tech.
Last service on the Passat cost me just over $300- and that included oil/tire rotation/brake inspection and not much more, oh and a big scratch in the trunk lid from somebody putting can or something round on it.... they offered me a free oil change the next time I came in.
The quick lube places wont touch these cars that need the belly pan removed to change the oil and to be honest I would not trust a quick lube place to add washer fluid to my car.

Actually, Stan, once she explained the cost savings in regard to time, fuel, frustration, etc. I saw the simplicity and brilliance of her plan.

Every person on our gift list is receiving a $260 toaster.
