Got a new car loader and an Isuzu yesterday and the first of 5 Honda's. These little Honda's cost 37k each!

Chris, I take this as good news. The last guy was an overbearing ***. The new one is worried that they might make the same mistakes and get demoted as well. Give him time. Instill confidence in your work and he should calm down. Or he could be a complete ***** too, you never know.

This is my thought. Growing pains are what I'm telling myself. I'm not the only one feeling it, but it's never fun to have everything uprooted and shifted and have no control over what's happening.
