Swapping out the incandescent lights on the garlands for LED. Kristi was well into it when I pointed out that she started with a female plug on her end which should have been a male. I had to make her a beverage after that discussion.

The way I change bulbs quickly is to wad it up, throw it in the trash can, and buy one with LED lights.
