Wood need a few more building supplies besides drywall, too. Lumber, wiring, shingles, concrete, plumbing...

40 mm makes a nice flash at night, helps zero in on a target. Nice for discouraging snipers at night. Only got to do that once, kinda fun. Don't think I actually hit him, wasn't going to go for a walk in the woods to find out. Wish I could have a beer with that guy and find out how close I came. Several guys from those days, both sides of the fence, I wish I could have a beer with now.

If I lived some place I could catch salmon, I'd take up fishing again. Lakes get fished so heavy around here even the guys that know what they're doing come home empty some days. My grandson finally caught this one day.



His Dad took him fishing somewhere south of here a couple times, knew where the fish were, and he caught a decent one. I don't think there's any this size left around here. I think he was using a little heavier than 5 lb line, too.
