and that folks is the trick....9 stops in 800 miles, which is about right.

When Ruthie is aboard with me I try to stop every 100 miles on average. Rest your butt a sec, walk and stretch. You can do that all day and throw down some miles.

Generally speaking, blue is bad for body parts, fingers, lips and *****.
