John I have a friend that's had over 15 back surgeries. Last I remember he has something like 30 screws in his back and arms, and he rode to Montana and back with me from Texas. On top of that, he had a serious wreck 6 months ago, and he's already got another bike and is riding.
Yes he's on pain medications and that helps him along, but I don't know many people that's had as many surgeries as he's had that keeps trucking like he does.
The mind is a powerful thing.

I do, everyday. I can do 100-150 miles straight, then it's stopping every 50-100. Instead of getting better with time, it's getting worse
