@Backforty - what about your bike do you feel needs improving Chuck? Is it not doing something you need it to do?

2 up loaded with a strong headwind passing a semi on a curvy 2 lane road.....

Most stock Harley's suck at it. Sure is nice to grab throttle and feel an extra gear kick in.

You forgot "On an incline". I hoped the M8s took care of that issue. That's exactly why I went stage 3 on my 2011 Ultra. But boy it sure opens up a can of worms. Maybe the M8 crank is better, but I wouldn't add any HP to a Twinkie without doing the crank.

I think the 114 M8's are 85 HP.

If you want it to **** and git you have to spin that wrench....

I'm not 100% certain, I haven't googled it, but a lot of Harley's HP that's published is at the crank, not the rear wheel, which is the only damn thing that matters.

What happened to your crank Bob? I know the issues with Harley cranks but I don't remember your particular issues.

Lol.....the plug is only when we drag the TV outside for football, so we have it under control Jack.

Like what happens to all pinned cranks when you add too much power, I spun it out of spec. In my case it wasn't that much - 100HP/110TQ. I didn't think there would be an issue. I had Dark Horse do their magic to it and no more issues. I should have started there.

On HP - my baseline before the stage 3 was 59 HP
