One night wondered what the hell could be breathing so loud, and found out a few days later when an elephant stepped into view 2 or 300 yards away. They do get loud sometimes. Wasn't in Texas, though.
I'm embracing the "Everything Happens for a Reason" ideology Mick and just grateful my daughter survived it. She's still in the hospital as they won't release her until they're certain her blood level is stabilized.
As I understand it she required a rather large transfusion. All prayers and well wishes accepted.
Another well wish here. Most important thing for us fathers is our daughters surviving, even if they don't feel that way at first. Mine lost the first one (common in this country I found out) and another somewhere among the 5 successful ones. She handled it pretty good good, though, she's a tough woman, said she'd just have to hope the next one makes it.
Two neighbors mowing their leaves today. Must be leaves, grass probably hasn't grown a quarter inch in the past month.
"The English" series has a lot of panoramic shots in it, looks good on a 75". Will probably finish the series today, still don't feel like doing much. This is just a photo of the tv, led screens make decent photos.
