Thank you gentlemen. Words can't describe the haze I'm in right now and my attempt at speaking to my daughter this morning revealed to me that the same wisdom and thoughts that gives my 65 year old self a bit of peace and understanding doesn't necessarily have the same effect on a 32 year old daughter who I found to be inconsolable and understandably so. I know the smart play is to just embrace the phrase "I ain't got the words" in situations like this but that somehow feels like a cop out to me. Maybe no words is best. Love knows when to speak and when to listen ad unfortunately my love hadn't gotten through its 1st cup of coffee when I called her this morning. Ah Ha! There's the answer! MORE COFFEE!

 

I'm embracing the "Everything Happens for a Reason" ideology Mick and just grateful my daughter survived it. She's still in the hospital as they won't release her until they're certain her blood level is stabilized.

As I understand it she required a rather large transfusion. All prayers and well wishes accepted.
