Mornin folks but I’m not happy about all the wet weather this week. Maybe Bathsheba and I needed a break besides? The traffic is starting to get holiday crazy so I’ll just drive the Tundra and keep sipping Colombian and let the happening happen.

Thanks Jack. Kind words! Been at is almost 5 years and roughly 4 days a week plus over 5000 hours of online instruction required for teaching Jiu-Jitsu at Gracie Barra. Always be leery of an old man and a young man's sport. I do it to keep the old brain sharp and it's a great workout.
