Noon time pass thru. Went on Campus and got me a sweatshirt the coaches were wearing last nite. OD green, camo sleeves, US Flag on right sleeve, Spartan on front.... nice shirt for them to wear in honor of Veterans Day. I do plan to wear tomorrow!

In our airwing we had sister squadrons of A6 Intruders (6 of them, 4 Jammers and 2 Nuke) and our fighter wing was in fact F4 Phantoms but we were the Attack Wing where our pilots flew the A4 Skyhawks you see depicted.

Our A4's were equipped with sparrow rockets tipped with Hawkeye guidance systems and 20mm guns. As an airwing our mission statement was to establish air superiority anywhere in the world within a 24hr window which required lots of deployment practice loading up (2) C-130's with support equipment and hauling azz to abstract places such as 29 Palms and o"dark30 flightline calls were the norm. A6 jammers go in first and then the A4's attack to secure airspace and then the F4's arrive and open up a can of whoopazz and if all else fails and things go horribly wrong? Here come the nuke poopers.

Afternoon. Woods. Russ and I enjoyed a great lunch at a locally famous deli, toured a beautiful section of stately homes and the campus of TCU.

Currently watching the original Tora! Tora! Tora!! and plotting riding route for tomorrow.

As yet neither of us has had a request for a DNA sample from law enforcement so overall a good day.
