@NoRegerts fwiw angus meat is a good choice as well as any sirloin whether angus or grade A.
It definitely gives the burger meat a distinct flavor you simply do not get with store bought. I would use London broil as well. Stay away from chuck or 7 bone. All though good for a frying pan it would ruin a burger if you want taste. I’m not saying it would deter a good burger but there’s all the trimmings and bone. Good luck with the grinder.
