Salads tend to run the highest risk of E Coli. At least with steak, you cook out the bad stuff...

Dropping the Gibson off with the luthier tomorrow for initial setup. The purple on ebony is really looking good. The tuners will be swapped for brushed chrome

Good late afternoon all. Time for dinner, first a nice salad then my three bean and chicken concoction. I will make the wife a big salad with a protein. Man this weather is nice.
