My parents have a place on the west coast (englewood) and my inlaws are on the east coast, Pompano area.

Personally I prefer the gulf coast

When looking, I preferred the Atlantic side. Gulf coast obviously won out. No complaints here

It's the one and only benefit to the time change - By getting up at the same time, I get up earlier. I will have to look at the clock for meetings eventually.

East coast definitely has more "life," west seems more laid back, in general. The places I've visited on the east coast always felt like a "New York south," just seems like everybody from the North East sticks to the east coast.

I just like watching the ocean. The gulf is nice too though

Not me, I am on the suncoast. I wish I were in the panhandle though, I love it up there.

One of the great things about Florida, no matter which direction you go, there's beautiful scenery

Taylor county for sure, twice the size of Manatee county and 1/16 of the population.

I found twisty's on my rides and I have an actually video of them, granted we don't have many but at least I have a few within a 40 minute ride
