@QC 5° _ _ _ _ that.
40 minutes on the elliptical, I did not do my normal 16:40 pace I slowed it to 18:32, still managed 3.3 MPH avg and 2.2 mile distance so I'm good with that.

Halito Woods. I agree....damned cold out this morning. Summer gone, fall done, winters is on it's way. Get the long coats out!!
Well my Spartys lost yesterday...they really played poorly at the start, but came back from 17+ deficit to tie game in waning seconds. Lost by one. Good thing this was an exhibition game and doesn't count record wise. But there was a good crowd there and I'm hoping they had take in money for the Maui fund.
Hope y'all have a good one..... Remember, I'm pulling for ya.....we're all in this together.

Morn’in all! I rode into work 5:30am in a brisk 71 degrees and with a 80mph windchill factor “felt like” 68! BRRRRRR! LOL!

Machines already cycle started push a 17/32’a drill through 1” steel 12 place bolt circle (clearance holes for 1/2-13’s for a press fixture

coffee’s on.

Good morning all.

The ride was most excellent, only about 100 miles but the weather is perfect. We went up to Lake Panasoffkee to the Big Bass Grill on the water. Had some seafood and a beer. Then we went down to San Anntonio to the favorite hang out to listen to music and see everyone. Amy is still putting on a great show out back. It's getting to be regular thing. Maybe our band will be playing there while you are here. She said she wants us once a month next year. Taz and I may be doing the busker show too.

Cardiologist follow up today and the results of the stress test last week. I hope he says keep on keeping on. Everyone ride safe.
