I have to stop watching cooking videos on YT, haven't lost any weight in a month. Got down to 238, first time below 240 in years, hit 260 a couple years ago. I'm addicted to food, haven't been able to stop eating more than about 16 hours. Watched one today about air fryers, trying hard not to do that spicy corn recipe, but I'll probably do it in a day or two anyway.
I just don't have enough self control. Might help if my meals didn't taste so good and you guys would quit posting pics of good eats.

 

I listen to a lot of umd hockey games. But don’t recall him.
