Maybe the size of a nickel. Makes a purple spot on my shin. Tried to cut it out once myself but cutting your own skin is a bitch.

Hardcore, tried stitching up a nasty cut on my knee out the bonnies once. Two and I was done, still got that ugly scar 40 some years later.
