I'm blessed to say I've been clean & sober for 13+ years (for the 2nd time in my life) however it has been my observation that when it comes to the more haughty dining establishments that the cost of mood altering libations typically exhibits an exponential increase in cost especially in the case of Beer because the establishment managers know that while beer and atmosphere kind or rhyme? The combination is not conducive to maintaining the sort of atmosphere the stereotypical haughty establishment seeks to provide its patrons so at $12 a pop? Even the well off will be hesitant to over indulge.
Moral to the story? There's only one place to get sports bar priced beer and it usually comes with wings instead of top shelf, aged to perfection steaks! LOL!
I bet the food was great though!

They do not even have any in stock. He said he could order them to which I replied, "I can order them." I wanted them today. So I ordered a set from Amazon for $22 including shipping.

Been going non stop for a week. I'm going home today to catch up on home stuff. Got called into work to fill a diesel water pump at one of the reservoirs. At least I will got 4 hours OT for 20 minutes of work.

Well don't feel to bad because I'm jealous as all get out of those who can successfully partake. I went clean & sober for 16 years then fell (that began in "Shark's Lounge" Biketoberfest 2001) and spent 10 years discovering the hard way that the word moderation isn't in my DNA's vocabulary but it sure has persistent done pat! LOL!

I'd of been so tempted to ask them if they were aware that ironically? With nearly 1 million abortions a year in the USA alone? The most dangerous place on earth is a mothers womb and if ya don't believe it just look at the women protesting in the streets for the right to murder their own unborn so as far as bloodbaths go? Even Nam ain't got chit on the mothers of America.

LO! C'mon Man! LOL! You live (and play) in FL so you know as well or better than most that "Riff"? knows no class bounds especially when it comes to libations and some of the most rifftiest riffs I've ever seen riff out were in high end establishments! LOL!
I guess they know the worst that will happen is they get escorted out to a free uber ride home where the people I hung with were super nice even when ripped cause they knew the only place they'd get escorted to is the dumpster out back! LOL!
