I hear ya Dan. I turned 60 in June.

First street I poured last month my guys had busted their asses, so I decided to saw cut the control joints myself with just one man. We cut it on a Sat, worked 12 hrs straight, no lunch break, just quick water breaks. Sunday morning I felt like I had been in a car wreck I was so stiff and sore.

I will say this. I've dropped 30 lbs since July and that has helped me more than anything as far as my stamina at work.

It’s a good thing you didn’t buy one of those new Corvette’s! Talk about hard for someone to get out of.

My 72 vette was a chore climbing in & out in my 30's. You literally had to fall into the thing

Hope they're wrong. At least if it does, it'll melt, still above freezing daytime.

I had to crawl headfirst out the door of one around 25 years ago. The owner thought it was hilarious. He was also a lot shorter than me. Newest Corvette I'd want was a '67. I have a fond memory of a redhead in a '66 Vette, she loved to go fast. It would do over 140. I fit in that one just fine. So did she.

It'll be different after you're over 69.
Gets worse.
