Never smoked but too many years in dirty trades before safety guidelines and riding welders more than I care to remember I became intimately acquainted with the realities of COPD about 10 years back. Damned drugs they put me on also put the weight on me. Stay active my friend it does help, I'm 69 next Friday.

 

We use to spray trichloroethylene III like it was air freshener and we would ''degrease'' ourselves with this stuff called permag. You could be covered up to your armpits in the nasties grease dip your arm in and come out pasty white and oil & grease free.
I'm actually surprised I made it past 45.

 

 

So I have bought and returned 2 sets of saddle bag drop/crash bars from Amazon each time going up in price hoping for ones that actually came closer to fitting, well Amazon just delivered my 3rd box of disappointment (I seriously hope not ).
This pair actually look promising as all the bends look correct, tomorrow will tell when I go to install them.
BTY each time I went up in price $60- the $80 and now $100- I really don't want to spend the $300- for the HD ones or the $400- for drag specialty's ''stunt'' bar looking things.
I know I know you get what you pay for.
