Morn'in, fighting with self of whether or not to run 150 miles north to Biketoberfest today. The 10 years younger man in me says go but the 65 year old me says screw that hot mess because here's the several things I've learned after years of attending Daytona bike events.
1: Most of the hot barmaids are out of town lezbo's who rolled in to make bank. (I don't drink alcohol and I'm a married Christian so that's all a wash anyway's and I ain't even supposed to be looking or judging let alone using the word "hot" LOL!)
2: Traffic will suck and God help ya if you need to take a quick ****.

On the Pro side? Daytona has a Buc EE's up there and they have both sliced or chopped brisket sandwiches but I always get the chopped because I.m down to 5 1/2 teeth these days.

I got a kick out of seeing Christian in the same paragraph as Lezbo hotties.
My advice is go for it. I find as I get older I have to force myself to say "Yes" to things. And usually when I do, I'm glad I did.

I think Mick made a salient point about that. And I agree. I do hail from the "drunkest state in America" (as shown by recent surveys) so I am all too familiar with that pastime. I've never had a DUI, but damn near everyone I know has.

What I love about Wisconsin is you can be cruising in the middle of nowhere, and you go just one more mile, and waa-laa, there's a pub!
