Thank you guys It really was a great few days of celebrating. Back to reality for the next month, and then we're off to honeymoon. Gab wanted a little break before we go, plus we have 3 weddings to attend on the next 3 weekends as well.

Horrible welds on the tow bar and the tires are too wide but better than what we have!

My carbed ones did, too. Seemed like they liked wet weather also.

I've been more tired the past two days than I was after WS19 (Arkansas, if memory hasn't failed me again). Not fighting it, watched about 4 hours of tv today.

Filled the Ram up just before leaving, about 120 miles to go coming back when it got below 1/4 tank so filled up. Nearly all highway driving, no more stoplights than driving to Carol or Audrey's house, got 19 mpg. I figure if I hadn't been following SIL that didn't drive the steady cruise control 74 I would, I would have picked up another couple mpg. Best I've ever gotten in a pickup. Of course the previous tank all in town driving with stoplights it got a bit under 13, and that's most of my driving.

If I get any bike time this week, it'll be the last for the year, plan to cancel insurance and get them ready for winter next week. More rain forecast and temps getting colder than I feel a need to ride in anymore.

Loved the gas prices when got out of Cali. $5.29 a gal for 87 when I left, east of the Mississippi I paying $2.99 to $3.45 average. That Tacoma would get over 20 if I ran 70 or under, average was 16. Put a tonneau cover on before I left, it does help with MPG.

For a while Washington's gas prices were the highest in the country, even above CA. Sometimes it sucks to be #1.
