Mary’s home. Debating on the emergency room vs walk in clinic tomorrow. The wait time between now and then would be the same.

I think I missed something, you or her? Either one, hope it turns out ok.

Feels like hump day for this cold, much better this morning. Even finally stepped outside to get the mail and broom 3 or 4 inches of snow off the truck so it can finish melting. I'm really out of shape now, that got me to breathing a little hard. Probably take another week to recover. Carol had to cancel the new covid booster for us today, I might take her next week, but I don't plan to get one then, if ever, I'm actually more concerned about seasonal flu, has hit me harder than covid did.

Nice that we apparently won't be going to war over an errant missile landing in Poland. I was hoping NATO wouldn't be looking for an excuse to fire some of their own.

Audrey says her Tesla actually handles pretty good in snow, I was concerned about that regenerative braking, has more than enough drag to lock up the wheels on snow, but evidently that was figured in, she said it never does that. She had to leave it out for two nights in the snow, and found a fault with it, the car warms up periodically to keep the batteries warm, and that forms ice on the car; she had to chip the ice away from the door handles to get in. She has it set to automatically warm up in the morning before she gets in with the kids, says it's nice to get in a warm car and just go. Guess those batteries last pretty good even with heating and ac.

Someone needs to come up with a gravity powered generator that doesn't weigh a ton and eliminate the battery, wouldn't that be a hoot, drive around the world and never have to stop for go juice of any kind. I don't think I'll ever get an electric vehicle anyway, won't ever be in my budget, I'll just have to keep spending $342 a year on gas.

Good evening all. I hope your wife gets well soon Rick. It took me almost 2 hours to get home from work. There was a wreck about halfway up the toll road that caused a 7 mile back up. The road was not even blocked just cars on the shoulder but that is all it takes.

There is talk about hitting the St Pete Bike Fest tomorrow for day one of the event.
