Thanks for all the well wishes Woods, the only thing hurt was my pride. It happened in front of a bar/ restaurant we had had lunch at yesterday, really cool place. When I got to our table the waitress was handing out beers to everyone already, when she brought me mine, she said I would have served you first but you were lying around in the parking lot .
Chuck, was your drop an 'oh, ****' or one of those excruciating 'I feel the center of balance has shifted and I realize I'm going down at any moment how do I look dignified' things?

OMG! LOL! hey, at least you can laugh about it and it can happen to the best of us. Two kinds of bikers, those who've gone down and those who haven't gone down yet!
I had a near miss last weekend because my Bible study Biker gang of geriatric riders stopped at Blue Cypress boat ramp park to do our devotional and slick here was wear his Dianese sport bike boots with the super thin soles and the decaying road was covered in pea gravel and my footing wound up feeling like I was wearing skies while trying to stand on marbles which had me lookin like a newborn giraffe where at one point (taking off) I was afraid to move until I just went for it and lifted my feet and dropped the clutch but prior to that? I almost dropped it 118 times within 3 feet! LOL! Jerry Lewis had nothing on me for that treacherous 3'! LOL!
Speaking of which? I'm headed out now with my Bible Study Biker Gang! LOL!
