TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge part XIV.
Just wanted to throw this up. The guitar pictured will be here Saturday. I love the way Sweetwater show pictures of several in there inventory and lets you pick. The colors and weights vary and it is great to be able to select what pleasing the eye. This particular one had much less orange tint in the transition area where it gets darker. Some are quite orangy.
Nice rig Jeff. I'm currently debating this one to go with the other two, but disability hasn't told me anything yet

Good morning all. Growing up it was only known as Chili Beans. It was not until later in life that it became referred to as just "chili". It still had beans but we only called it chili. I do understand some think it is wrong to include beans in chili. When I was in the US Navy they would serve chili with no beans but we called that "red death". They always had rice to pour it over. When we were off the coast of Iran in 1980 during the hostage crisis, supply lines were not up to the usual routine because of the mission and they must have served red death and rice every meal for over a month. I remember wondering how we ran out of everything else but had plenty of red death..

Mornin Woods, last night was quite a party. My head hurts a little this morning. Ten people in our group so far, waiting on two more to arrive Friday.

Disability called, they've determined I'm fit for duty, without ever seeing me. This is going to be interesting
