Got off my *** and took the Shovel on a long ride. She has issues. Rear disc brake is locking up. Last winter I flushed the brake fluids, and cleaned and scrubbed the rear master cylinder, which was horrific. Flushed the system till it was new, so going to have to take the rear brake apart and find out whats going on. Really need to pull the rear wheel and check the bearings and other stuff as well.
Then took Pearl out. She's running fantastic other than her comp is going out. That has to be replaced. May pull the oil tank and replace the starter as well while it's on the lift. No time now, both of these will be November projects.

I've rebuilt a few rear masters. They are so crude I'm amazed they even work when new.

The rear brake line is fine, it's not original. It's not the master either. It has the original banana caliper that is almost 50 yrs old. I'm not going to rebuild it, going to replace it, and keep the original of course.
