Morning gents!

I am blessed with similar opportunities for enlightenment at my place of employment. I usually have my personal laptop open and scan this very forum while clicking the forward arrow (on the work 'puter) as soon as I hear the narrator stop talking. If I'm lucky I can get through it in 15 minutes and go straight to the test, which I always ace. The correct answer is usually the closest to the exact opposite of how I would respond in real life.

 

All I can tell you both is you'd best pay attention. By the way, the answer to #4 on the test is: ALWAYS

Glad the only test I have to take is peeing in the cup for the doctor!!!

15 years?? Holy crap! My kinder gentler training goes back maybe 7 years only.

The best was the micro-aggression training. It was a live online course with mandatory discussion and feedback. I really had to be on my a-game.

 

I noticed anybody with **** in their avatar has been getting their profiles modified, part of the kinder, gentler, HDF.

I finD It interesting that this harassment training is only focused on wemen and gay people's. You can harass the #$&@ towards a normal male....
