Halito Tick. Mick, Jack, Greg, Lou, Bill, John, Woods. Raining now...cooler temps.... be that way all day. Cool for next few days. So maybe a bit of polishing on the bike. Otherwise, no plans other than seeing the doc this afternoon for annual.

Mine is, 108/62. Losing weight and cutting back on the smoking seems to help

mine is all over the map. Normal to the high threshold. But it never went above 140. Yet.
