And I destroyed my back doing dead lifts, FML.
At least I'm not focused on my **** knees anymore.
Seriously, I'm debating on going to the ER.

don’t feel bad Stephen. I pulled a back muscle reaching over a wheelbarrow. I was laid up for days. Felt like a dentist hitting the nerve looking for the right tooth, but the pain was right in the lumbar region
