It's soggy here too. Dean, the Weimaraner, is a coward. I ended up letting him in the bed with me because the thunder terrified him. With me there, he slept like a log. Too bad I didn't.

I miss you guys. I wanna ride with you again.

3 day rain event here. Should be nice for a spell after today n

 

Roofing crew next door started just after 7am, didn't expect that since it's supposed to rain today into tomorrow. Smaller house than mine, got the shingles on in 4 and a half hours, and before they could clean up, it started raining, got the house water proof less than half an hour before it got wet. They're huddling under the roof overhang right now waiting it out. According to the weather report, they'll wait a long time.

Really started pouring, looked out and it was reaching under the overhang and they were running for their trucks. Looks like they all got soaked. All their tools are laying in the yard (I'd get soaked before I'd leave power tools out in the rain!) so they can't leave yet.

 

Don't know how I missed that thread, glad you mentioned it. Great photos.

 

Rain let up for a bit, looks like the roofing crew piled into one truck and took off, probably lunch time. Didn't pick anything up, good thing this neighborhood isn't like some in and about Minneapolis, someone would clean up for them. Lunch time for me, too.
