I know how you feel Russ ( a little) . Got the tires installed on the truck and the front end alignment done, today I noticed two new scratches on the left rear of the box ( on either side of the wheel opening). They did get five of six tires mounted in the same orientation with one outlier . People just can’t be trusted to do a job properly anymore .

He’s gonna be coughing up insulation for a week I bet. **** happens and they’ve been super apologetic about it. I explained my expectations quite clearly so the Ops Manager knows that when I look at that spot 10 years from now, it better be seamless.

Meanwhile, I called the sheetrock guy my builder uses for a quote.
